    Express Service Waiting Time

    As you will see from the enclosed rates we are very competitive, especially considering the service levels that we provide. We mange these competitive rates because we do our job very quickly and all our drivers are keen to do as many jobs as possible therefore they cannot be kept waiting without recompense.

    To encourage customers not to abuse our rates we charge for waiting time. Every job we do includes 15 minutes of waiting time at the collection point and 15 minutes at the delivery point. My drivers' handheld units monitor the time of arrival and departure so there can be no mistake in the times.

    For every minute outside of the inclusive 15 minutes we levy a charge of 30p per minute (£18 per hour). We hope you can understand the reasoning behind this charge.
